About Integral Visions Consulting, Inc.

Michelle Cooper, RN, MScN launched The Cooper Group Consultants in 1998 to provide consulting and facilitation services to a broad range of organizations, associations and communities. As a result of our growth, the company was incorporated as Integral Visions Consulting, Inc., an Ontario incorporated company, in December 2001.

Our clients include health care agencies, small and mid-sized for-profit and not-for-profit businesses and divisions of larger companies, voluntary and professional associations, educational institutions, committees and communities. Although the company is based in Ontario, Canada we are available to provide services to clients nationally and internationally.

Strategic partnerships with other consultants from our broad network of associates who share our philosophy and values enable us to assemble a consultant team with the expertise and experience that can best help clients to achieve their goals. The principal team members assembled for the project are responsible for carrying out the work plan, forming deep and meaningful relationships with our clients.

Facilitation Methods

Integral Visions Consulting Inc. uses facilitation methods that include Whole Person Process Facilitation, Open Space Technology and Cross-Cultural Conflict Resolution, which are elements of the Genuine Contact™  program. Each encounter helps them to develop deeper understanding of themselves, other individuals and the organization as a whole. Outcomes include deep learning, relationship building and enhanced communication among participants, which positively impacts working relationships and sustainable change.
