Our Approach
We assure that we will be able to make a contribution to the health of your organization by including the following services in all projects:
Pre-Work – Includes a half-day pre-project meeting in which an extensive assessment of needs is conducted using a holistic framework and the theme, givens, and logistics for the project are determined. The pre-work is incredibly important in order to:
Assess the readiness of the organization for the project
Choose the proper meeting design and approach for the meeting.
The Project – Integral Visions will facilitate the event/meeting/project based on the agreed upon outcomes of the pre-work. All of our practices can be adapted to individual needs, abilities and cultures. We ensure that all reports will be completed in a timely manner.
Debriefing – Our services also include a debriefing meeting with the sponsor where:
Feelings about the project are reflected on
Next steps to move forward any further actionable items are discussed. This allows the sponsor to sustain momentum and create a go-forward strategy.
Effect of the project on the daily life of the organization is discussed.
These 3 areas of the work are mandatory to ensure the sustainability of change within an organization. We build the capacity within the organization to continue to lead when the consultant has finished their work.
Capacity and Ongoing Development
We work with a large web of local and international partners. This network provides us with a group of highly competent professionals to partner with on national and international project where language and geography might otherwise have been a challenge.
Integral Visions to keep abreast of the most recent developments in the fields of organizational and leadership development through a variety of avenues including:
attending conferences and workshops throughout the year
participating in national and international exchange of experience through the internet
participation in different learning and mentoring networks
reading current literature and integrating that which corresponds to our values and beliefs
Confidentiality and Non-Competition
In order to ensure confidentiality, Integral Visions does not do the same type of work for 2 competing clients within the same geographic region.
