Whole Person Process
Facilitation
Session 2 of the Genuine Contact Program
Join us
for this 3-day experiential workshop and learn how to use Whole Person
Process Facilitation and explore how this powerful technique can be used
as a platform for highly successful meetings and developing exceptional
leaders within your organization.
You will learn how to engage your team, your employees, and your
community in a way that allows for them to discover their passion and
take ownership of what matters most to them in your organization.
Whole
Person Process Facilitation (WPPF) creates meetings that produce results
by tapping into the creativity and collective genius of the participants
in the meeting. By design, the meetings themselves serve to activate
each individual's personal life purpose and to invite the alignment of
personal Purpose with group Purpose, and to proceed smoothly into
individual and collective action. WPPF works well with groups from 6 to
150 people and from 3 hours in length to several days.
WPPF
accesses the greatest potential of the individual participants involved
and of the group as a whole, thereby achieving maximum learning and
results. WPPF achieves these outcomes by using a structure and exercises
that engage the whole brain: the creative, intuitive, subjective 'right
brain' as well as the analytic, logical, objective 'left brain'; and
engage the whole person - the mind, body, heart and spirit.
In
addition to capacity building, the workshop provides the opportunity to:
